Authors: The Fast Forward:  A Little Bit About the Authors

Stacey Lynn Jolly (aka red, red@lovecrackonline.com ) is the youngest of five born and bred in High Point, NC, USA.  You can find her up on the hill raising her daughter with her husband.  She likes licorice and vodka tonics, but not together.  She has taught high school for nine years.  Where she has counseled many a broken heart, and helped girls follow their intuition.  She is a Lovecrack survivor.  She learned to honor her little voice and it changed her life.  As Red says, "It's a lot of work feeding the soul but a lot less work than feeding an addiction."

Jenny Lange Windham ( jenny@lovecrackonline.com ) was born in Atlanta Georgia.  Now residing in High Point, NC.  Raising two children as a single mom.  A hair stylist by trade, which translates to part psychology, part style.  She loves dancing and extra cherries in her drinks.  After experiencing the detrimental effects of Lovecrack and hearing numerous  scary tales from the chair, she was called to write a light hearted guide to help and warn others about Lovecrack.
